The plasma preparation at least comprises plasma stock solution, which includes a vegetable oil mixed solution consisting of a vegetable oil and a plant trace element nutrient solution, an edible dispersant and plasma; the volume ratio of vegetable oil to plant trace element nutrient solution in the vegetable oil mixed solution is 1:10-2:1; the amount of the edible dispersant is 20mg -300mg relative to per liter vegetable oil mixed solution; the content of plasma in the plasma stock solution is 5mg/L-80mg/L. Its preparation method is simple: weigh all components, place them into a container and mix them, input plasma into the container and obtain the plasma preparation when the concentration of the plasma reaches the required level. The beneficial effects of the present application are that the cost of plasma preparation obtained from vegetable oil diluted by plant trace element nutrient solution is lower than that obtained from pure vegetable oil directly, and the preparation speed is greatly accelerated; meanwhile, the plant trace element comprised in the obtained product can improve quick formation of callus tissues of plants and accelerate recovery speed of infected trees.
