Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a carding cotton wadding's abrasion rate detection system and detection method. The carding cotton wadding's abrasion rate detection system includes an image acquisition unit and an image analysis unit, the image acquisition unit is used to collect the surface image of the carding cotton wadding; the image analysis unit is used to analyze the image collected by the image acquisition unit and calculate the abrasion rate. Compared with the manual estimation method, the carding cotton wadding's abrasion rate detection system of the present invention overcomes the complexity and inaccuracy of the artificial number of carding cotton wadding's particles, and can quickly and conveniently identify and separate the comb tire particles, and accurately calculate the number and area of the carding cotton wadding particles, which improves the detection efficiency and detection accuracy of the carding cotton wadding's abrasion rate.
