APPARATUS FOR MIXING FLUIDS HAVING QUALITY DIFFERENT FROM ONE ANOTHER PARTICULARLY SEWAGES AND APPARATUS FOR CONTACTING WATER AND REAGENT PARTICULARLY TREATED SEWAGE AND CHLORINE FOR THE PURPOSE OF STERILIZATION

Installation for mixing effluents and for bringing them in contact with chemicals and/or final disinfection by chlorine,- is equipped with holder (1a), a device conveying the liquids to be mixed and an outlet for the treated mixt. The holder (1a) is of cylindrical shape. The conveying device located in the holder area or placed above the holder following its dia carries a number of outlets or contains an element supplying liq. along its whole length. The holder contains at least one convection generating device near its wall. The mixed liq. removing device is in or near the vertical central axis(x) of the cylindrical holder. - The unit which ensures contact between fluids and chemicals is equipped with respective inlets and an outlet for the treated liqs. This amt is also cylindrical and as also contains a convector, and an outlet. The inlet pipe enters the unit laterally and is placed near the convector.
