Zusammenfassung: | The accelerometer is based on three identical sensitive piezo-elements (1-3), the axes (4-6) of max. sensitivity of which are mutually perpendicular. The axes (4,5) of two piezo-elements (1,2) lie in one plane and an axis (6) of a third piezo-element (3) is perpendicular to the plane of the two axes (4,5) and intersects them at a point (7) at a bisectrix (8) of the intersection angle of the two axes (4,5). The piezo-elements (1-3) have cylindrical form and all lie on one side of a vertex (9) of the intersection angle. - The current terminals for receiving the charge of one polarity are electrically connected and mechanically isolated in one unit enclosed by a stiffening element. Piezo-ceramic is used as the material of the piezo-elements and the body is made of a titanium alloy, while the insulating fixing elements are made of a ceramic material. |
