Zusammenfassung:	Appts. comprises a handle of insulating material and a tubular metallic body (2) attached to it. The body carries a bit (16) attached to an electric heating element. The bit removes molten tin through a passage (17) under a vacuum produced by appts. in the handle, which also houses the collection chamber for tin. The bit is shaped with a conical front (16a) shoulder (16b) and loose fitting rear (16) sections. A removable retaining socket (15) is on the shoulder of the bit (16b). The chamber in the handle has spring loaded vacuum piston with an operating rod which extends beyond the chamber. (-pp Dwg.No.1/1)
