PROCESS FOR PRODUCING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING PLANT ACTIVE INGREDIENT AND HAVING CARDIOSEDATIVE EFFECT

Plant based cardio-sedative contains an ethanol (50-80 wt.% concn.) tincture prepd. from the following dried, mixt. (all pts. wt.): 12-18 branch ends of hawthorn in bloom, or hawthorn fruit, 2-4 black currant leaves, 1-3 melilot. Drug mixt. extract and wt. ratio = 1:9. The tincture is allowed to settle for 2-4 days, followed by filtration. The basic extract is concentrated to 4-6% solids in vacuo. The solids content is increased to 8-12 wt.% by malto-dextrine and the soln. is opt. spray-dried or lyophilised. Another tincture is prepd. with alcohol (30-50 wt.% concn.) using hops flowers and the same procedure is followed as for the prev. tincture. Based on solids of the mixt. following cpds. are added: 20-70 wt.% ascorbic acid, 10-60 wt.% potassium asparginate, 10-60 wt.% magnesium-asparginateH
