R = hydroxy, amino, 1-4C alkoxy gp. one or several substd. cpds. are present in a formulation at 0.001-99.9 wt.% concn. and/or a nitrogen contg. cpd. in 5-30 wt.% concn., and also usual additives in 99.9-0.01 wt.%. Concn. and also usual additives in 99.9-0.01 wt.% concn. The process also includes the method of treating woody-stem perennial plants.
