The water is satd. with dissolved carbon-dioxide at least up to its equilibrium level, which is a function of temp. and at 18-22 deg. C reaches 2.8-4.6 kg/m3. Oxygen is removed during processing to remain below 0.0003-0.007 kg/m3 during transport and storage.
