PROCESS FOR SEPARATING AND PREPARING FOR REUTILIZATION WATER AND THE OTHER COMPONENTS FROM SEWAGE CONTAINING FEED E.G. GREESE, OIL, PROTEIN AND SIMILAR

Fats, oils, proteins and other nutrients contd. in waste waters are recovered and prepd. for opt. reuse by adding to the waste water 20-300 g per cubic meter hydrolysable metal-salts, 0.5-80.0 g per cubic meter cation-active polymers having a mol. wt. of 60000-900000 and 20-3000 g per cubic meter expanded three-layer clay mineral in suspension, treating the resulting suspension in pressurised flotation equipment while introducing into the post-expansion chamber of the flotation equipment 0.05-5.0 g per cubic meter water soluble polymer and/or mixt. of such polymers in the concn. range 0.01-0.5 wt. %. The solids phase resulting from the flotation is sterilised by heat treatment and/or dewatered.
