Zusammenfassung:	The equipment used is based on a vessel of electrical insulating material, equipped on two sides with electrically conducting heating elements. For the production of cooked salami type products the raw materials are subjected to an initial steaming and the appts. is in the following form:- an electrically insulating vessel is used for pre-steaming. This vessel is movable in a vertical direction. A horizontally operating slide valve located in line with the top of the vessel. The discharge side of the vessel is fitted with a sloping slide. For the production of salami the appts. is in the following form:- an endless conveyor belt is equipped on both sides with rotating holder elements. These are arranged with former elements of electrical non-conducting material the former elements are provided with lids and internally, with electrical conductor heating plates. These are connected to contact elements located outside the lids. The heater plates are supplied from the conductors rails which are inside a protective cover.
