Zusammenfassung:Row phosphate ores with a high carbonate content are digested with mineral acid in the presence of 0.01-0.1 wt% anti-foaminq agent based on the amt. of row phosphate. The anti-foaminq agent is made up of 35-60 pts. wt. crude oil with a viscosity of 10-30 centistokes at 50 deg.C which contains at least 50 wt% naphthenic and/or aromatic hydrocarbons, with paraffinic hydrocarbns to make 100 wt% 5-15 pts. wt. of at least one primary, sec. and/or tert. straight or branched chain alkyl- or alkenyl-amine having 9-22C and 35-60 parts by wt. of at least one (un)satd. straight or branched chain fatty-acid having 9-22C.
