R 1 and R 2H, halo, 1-7C alkyl or sulfamoyl; R 3H or straight or branched 1-7C alkyl; R 41-7C alkyl; R 5H; R 6phenyl (optionally mono to tri substituted by halo) or 1-7C alkyl (mono to tri substituted by halogen); R 5+R 6tetrahydropyridine ring, phenyl or 5 or 6 membered heterocyclic ring containing sulfur and optionally substituted by halogen); and m : 1 - 6. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) preparation of (I); (2) compound of formula (II); and (3) preparation of (II).
