Zusammenfassung:The apparatus comprises a frame structure, and a rotor provided with cutting device near he soil, such that a portion of the rotor above the cutting device us shaped as a stem drawing-in screw in alignment with a stem chipping device. The chipping device is mounted below the stem drawing-in screws of pair of rotors, and above corresponding cutting devices. The chipping device is capable of providing chipping of adjustable length e.g. by displacing the chipping units.
