Zusammenfassung:	Advanced additive is prepd. in the following manner: Roast cocoa seed is peeled, the kernels are sepd. from the shells, the eshells are ground to a fine powder, tthe powder is hnise homogenised and mixed with 5-50 wt.%, based on powder, of cocoa butter or vegetable fat, to the resulting mixt. are added in any order, based on the final prod. 25-70 wt.% sugar, 25-70 wt.% fat, pref. cocoa butter, 0-40 wt.% cocoa paste, 0-50 wt.% filler, pref. coffee or hazel nuts, and 0-1 wt.% aroma e.g. rum aroma.
