DEVICE FOR MIXING TWO OR MORE COMPONENTS, AND METHODS FOR CALIBRATING SUCH A DEVICE

A device (1) for mixing components (A, B), comprising a mixing chamber (2) which is held fixedly in a housing (3) and which has at least two feed channels (4a, 4b) for the components to be mixed, comprising a mixing element (6) which is arranged in the mixing chamber and which can be rotated by a first motor (8) via a drive shaft (10), and having a stroke-imparting device (12), wherein the stroke-imparting device comprises a stroke-imparting sleeve (20) which is held on the drive shaft rotatably relative to said drive shaft and positionally fixedly in an axial direction relative to said drive shaft by means of bearings (22a, 22b) and which is coupled rotationally fixedly in a circumferential direction and displaceably in an axial direction to the housing, wherein the stroke-imparting sleeve has a threaded portion (20a) which is in engagement with a complementary threaded portion (24a) of a threaded sleeve (24) which can be driven by a second drive motor (26) which is held on the housing, which threaded sleeve is coupled, positionally fixedly in an axial direction, to the drive shaft (27) of the second drive motor (26), and through the rotary center of which threaded sleeve the drive shaft extends, and method for calibrating the metered quantity in the case of such a device.
