Zusammenfassung:	The present application is provided with a battery box and a battery pack. The battery pack box includes a base plate and a frame, the base plate being connected with the frame; where the base plate includes: a first plate; a second plate, disposed opposite to the first plate; and a perforated plate, provided with a plurality of holes spaced ; where the perforated plate is located between the first plate and the second plate, and is welded and fixed to the first plate and the second plate respectively. In the present application, the perforated plate can reduce the overall weight of the box and increase the energy density of the battery pack. A plurality of holes on the perforated plate are disposed at intervals. The perforated plate is provided with a plurality of supporting beam structures that are connected with each other, the plurality of supporting beam structures may distribute a pressure, so that the base plate/ box is under a uniform force, having strong pressure resistance and good seismic performance.
