Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a circuit arrangement (1) for an electrical machine (2), in particular for a starter motor (2) for starting an internal combustion engine (15) in a motor vehicle, comprising a current limiting device (3) for limiting the cut-in current of the electrical machine (2). To prevent a voltage drop in the most reliable manner possible during the start operation of an internal combustion engine, a bridging device (4) for bridging the current limiting device (3) is provided and the bridging device (4) can be directly connected to a high potential of a voltage source (10).
