The nebulizer comprises a liquid pump for withdrawing the liquid in doses from the container and pressurizing the respective doses for nebulization. The nebulizer comprises in addition an air pump for temporarily pressurizing the liquid in the container to help withdrawing the liquid from a collapsible bag in the container.
