Zusammenfassung:	A method for wireless communication comprising receiving, at a data source, a request from one or more base station controllers for information about transceiver devices with which a mobile device, capable of communicating in at least two different communication modes, can communicate; accessing, in response to the request, a database containing base station information relevant to at least two communication modes of operation of the mobile device, the base station information contained in the database including information to assist position determination for the mobile device; and transmitting, from the data source, the base station information relevant to the at least two communication modes of operation to the one or more base station controllers.
