Apparatus for manufacturing semi-finished cap plate products

The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing semi-finished cap plate products. The apparatus for manufacturing semi-finished cap plate products, according to the present invention, comprises: a cap plate feeder for loading cap plates, provided with a safety vent hole and a membrane hole, from a cap plate tray onto a cap plate die; a safety vent feeder for transferring safety vents from a safety vent tray to the safety vent holes of the cap plates; and a membrane feeder for transferring membranes from a membrane tray to the membrane holes of the cap plates, wherein the cap plates are transferred by a cap plate shuttle module which moves from the cap plate die to a neighboring cap plate die in a reciprocating manner. As such, the apparatus for manufacturing semi-finished cap plate products is capable of transferring cap plate parts themselves, rather than transferring cap plates by means of a pallet or magazine, thus allows for efficient continuous production, and facilitates a job change in which to change the production to cap plates of a different kind.
