The single-piece neosphincter comprises a hollow sheathed body (1) and a ring (6), where ring (6) divides the sheathed body (1) into a longer lower part (2) and a shorter upper part (3). The free end of the lower part (2) has a lower rim (4), the free end of the upper part (3) has an upper rim (5), and the ring (6) has a flange (7) running around its edge.
