Zusammenfassung:The subject of the invention relates to a set of instruments for fixing the position of vertebrae, which comprises a base body that can be connected to the vertebral body, and rod elements that can be attached to the base body with a clamp, where the clamps are connected to the base body in a fixed position via a joint element, the base body has hooks at both ends, and between the hooks there is a connecting piece having a first shank and a second shank at an angle of inclination of 60-120° with respect to each other. The characteristic feature of the invention is that the clamp (20) has a first clamp extension (21) and a second clamp extension (22) at an angle of inclination (a) of 60-120°, favourably 90°, with respect to each other, where at the free end (21a) of the first clamp extension (21) there is a joining unit (23) comprising a head member (23a) and a neck member (23b), while in the environment of the free end (22a) of the second clamp extension (22) there is an opening (24) suitable for inserting a joint element (30), the sectional surface (KF) of the head member (23a) of the joining unit (23) is larger than the sectional surface (KN) of the neck member (23b), in the connecting piece (11) of the base body (10) there are first receiving units (14) cooperating with the joining unit (23) of the first clamp extension (21) of the clamp (20), where the first receiving unit (14) has a joining aperture (14a) with a first main direction dimension (FMl) and a second main direction dimension (FM2) and a flat contact surface (14b) in the environment of the joining aperture (14a), the first main direction dimension (FMl) and the second main direction dimension (FM2) are different from each other, the connecting piece (11) has second receiving units (15) in the environment of the first receiving units (14) but arranged at a distance (T) from them cooperating with the joint elements (30), and the individual rod elements (40) are inserted and caught inside the space delimited by the connecting piece (11) of the base body (10), the first clamp extension (21) and the second clamp extension (22) of the clamp (20) and the joint element (30).
