PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OF SWEETENER CONTAINING REDUCED SYNTHETIC AGENT AND LOW IN ENERGY

A sweetener composition in an aqueous solution form has a reduced synthetic active matter content and comprises (all pts.wt.): (a) 40-100 Na-cyclamate (b) 0.5-6 Na-saccharin (c) 1-10 3,4-dihydro-6-methyl-1,2,3-oxa-thiazine-4-one-2,2-dioxide-potassium salt (d) 0.1-0.5 ethylmaltol is added to the solution: (e) 1-8 Glycyrrhisin (f) 80-150 glycerol and (g) 80-150 propylene-glycol. Following addition of foregoing compounds, the solution is made up with water to 1000 pts.wt. Following constituents are added, when a solid preparation is made (all pts.wt.): (i) 600-800 malto-dextrine (ii) 10-40 Na-cyclamate (iii) 0.5-6 Na-saccharin (iv) 1-10 3,4-dihydro-6-methyl-1,2,3-oxa-thiazine-4-one-2,2- dioxide-potassium salt (v) 0.1-0.5 ethyl-maltol and (vi) 1-8 glycyrrhisin.
