Zusammenfassung:	A processing circuit (70) is provided for converting the parallel mode of transmission into a sequential mode of transmission of the chrominance sub-carrier signals (DR and DB) so as to alternately make the video signal (DR), for the duration of one line, then the video signal (DB), for the duration of the following line, pass through the output of the conversion circuit (70). The invention applies in particular to colour television receivers of the conventional SECAM type.
