Zusammenfassung:	The width of the broad strip, from which the strip with wavy edges is cut is a multiple of the width of the wavy strips. A circular section of the edge of the wavy strip goes over tangentially into the circular section of the adjacent strips. The pitch of the waves, is so chosen, that complete circular sections can be cut from each wavy strip with a min. waste of material. The circular sections of the wavy strips have the same radius as the final laminations which are punched from these strips. Central holes for the laminations are punched in the strips, while they are being punched out.
