The invention provides an electric power-assisted bike and an electric power-assisted bike assembly capable of being installed on a bike frame. By means of the electric power-assisted bike assembly, not only can an auxiliary power mechanism used by the electric power-assisted bike be simplified, but also the electric power-assisted bike assembly can be easily installed on the bike frame.
