Zusammenfassung:	The mechanism (1) has a winding-button (2) driving a winding rod (3). The rod drives a winding driving unit (4) in rotation or/and translation, and is returned to a longitudinal initial position (TO) by an elastic return unit (5). The driving unit comprises a driving part (26) for driving an intermediate winding mechanism. The driving part comprises a disconnectable intermediate winding wheel for driving a winding train of the intermediate winding mechanism. The intermediate winding wheel moves along a travel direction parallel to that of the rod and remains permanently meshed with the rod. The elastic return unit is formed by a flexible winding lever.
