Zusammenfassung:The present invention extends to a compound of formula I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound, or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of formula I and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The invention is also directed to the use of a compound of formula I as an inhibitor of tryptase and for treating a patient suffering from, or subject to, a physiological condition in need of amelioration by an inhibitor of tryptase. The invention further includes methods for the preparation of a compound of formula I.
