Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a calcium carbonate powder composition which is capable of using the calcium carbonate powder to go through a long-term and stable dispersion in the liquid with its primary particle or closed to its mirco-particle. The calcium carbonate powder composition is composed of the coagulant of the calcium carbonate primary particles with BET surface area ranged from 10 to 40 m2/g and total pore volume ranged from 0.10 to 0.28 mL/g, and the surface of the particle is covered by the emulsifier with the total amount ranged from 3 to 20% by mass.
