Device for the input of digitalised phonetic information and its recovery by means of a telephone with voice recognition

The invention relates to the field of accessing and recovering information from an electronic phonetic database with voice recognition, via a telephone. This device comprises as subsystems a circuit for adaptation of a telephone line, amplification of the signal of acoustic frequencies and their digitalisation, a database of originals for the recognition system, a database of digitalised phonetic information, a device for controlling the system, a system for learning words or phrases, and a screen. This device is connected to a telephone line and any user can communicate with it by telephone and can recover the information desired, vocally. The data are acoustic and are input by the owner of the device into a database of digitalised phonetic information with a tree-like structure. The organisation of the tree-like structure is defined by the owner of the device according to his needs. In this database are stored on the one hand the system control messages and on the other hand the acoustic information corresponding to those messages. The control messages mention the key words or phrases, one of which can be pronounced by the user each time according to what he wants to do. The device can be used for the automatic provision of data related to the activities, services offered by, or products of a company, organisation, or even an independent professional. Στη βάση αυτή αποθηκεύονται αφενός μεν τα μηνύματα ελέγχου του συστήματος και αφετέρου οι ηχητικές πληροφορίες που αντιστοιχούν στα μηνύματα αυτά.
