Zusammenfassung: | A method comprises extracting the crushed ground parts of the plant cheese-bowel yellow Glaucium Flavum Crantz by 1% solution of hydrochloric acid, leaching and extracting by ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate extract is purified by 3% solution of potassium alkali. After treatment by sulphuric acid and alkali basic alkaloids are transferred to chloroform. The chloroform extracts are evaporated in the vacuum to receive the solid residue. The obtained basic glaucium is transferred to hydrochloride, for which it is dissolved in hot methanol and concentrated hydrochloric acid is added thereto. The obtained glaucium hydrochloride is purified by light petroleum and acetone. The yield of glaucium hydrochloride makes 0,23%. |
