Essence A method comprises building a cupola at the curb level and its lifting to the design reference mark. For this purpose, soil is prepared according to the cupola form, the cupola marks are applied to the soil and the layers of the small-fraction asphalt is applied and rammed on these marks to obtain the cupola casing. The slots are cut for circular and radial beams and casing is laid therein. After that the cupola casing is covered with polyethylene, the appropriate reinforcement are arranged and concreted. The uplift of the cupola to the design reference mark is effected gradually. At the first lifting stage the cupola loading is possible for the purpose of testing and tension thereof. At the level suitable for mounting, both the inner and outer facing works and the works on roof arrangement is effected on the cupola. 3.
