Essence A device comprises a plane jacks system 3 disposed in the clearance between the bearing wall 1 of the foundation and its socle 2, aprons 4 opposite the lateral shift are attached to a belt 5 mounted on the socle. The vertical ties, connecting the upper and the lower parts of the socle in respect to the separation horizon, by one end are attached to the belt, by another one - in the socle block or in the foundation. 3. Field of Application Construction, in particular safe leveling - strengthening of buildings-structures and their designs having extra normative inclination.
