Zusammenfassung: | A method for obtaining non-porous products from powdery, inorganic exothermic charges providing the preparation of exothermic reaction charge, its briquetting, initiation of synthesis process, obtaining of inorganic materials by self-expanding high-temperature synthesis (HTS) method, compaction with high deformation in box caliber rolls by electro-rolling, providing high-density current passing through sample deformation place by means of rolls, the initiation of synthesis process by means thereof, the compensation of heat losses and entire rolling process. The sizes of products (length, width) are not limited, and depends only on the sizes of rolls and container used in particular case; at that, entire process of electro-rolling is executed at high 50-65% tension by the limitation of free expansion in box caliber; at that, initiation of synthesis and compensation of thermal losses is done by high density current (0,7-0.8 A/mm2 and 8-12 V), the process is isothermal, and the change in the speed of container movement in deformation place is equal to the change in the speed of synthesis in front of reaction chamber achieved by changing the density and relative tension of roll along deformation place so that the distance of combustion front from the entrance of container to deformation place is maintained at constant value. Delay time before the beginning of deformation should not change during whole process of rolling, and immediately after that the product should be cooled in selected mode (2,0 10-2 − 2,5 10-2 grad/s) for certain amount of time, under the loading (2-5 knots).
