Zusammenfassung:	A device includes cylindrical case 3 for tea leaf roasting placed in heat-insulating casing 2 having tea leaf receiver, lid, drying zones, screw conveyor 6 placed therein, and mixing and circulating blades 7 in said zones between the coils. Tea leaf supply device - screw conveyor-type hopper-dispenser is connected to said casing in tea leaf receiving zone, and screw conveyor-type transporter 5 and screw conveyor placed in cylindrical case are kinematically connected to each other and have common drive 11. Copper tube 9 is spirally wound on casing of tea leaf supply and placed in heat-insulating casing 10. The device has cylindrical case surface heating means - inventory heater, onto the energypower 12 whereof the power unit 13 is switched, which is copper tube spirally wound around cylindrical case. Furthermore, the unit is equipped with circulation system with cooling liquid moving in spiral-coiled copper tube in inventory heater and on the casing of tea leaf supply device, which is executed as a valve 15 and a pump 16 connected therewith the pipes 14.
