Zusammenfassung:	A method provides tea foliage and stems separately pouring until full swelling; swelled raw material extraction with 15-20% ethyl alco¬hol/water solution, in ratio 1:10, on 75-80° tempe¬rature; tea stems and foliage extracts preparation; foliage extract treatment by means of Membrane separation method; and receiving two fractions - low molecular phenolic and caffeine and theanine containing; sugar syrup preparation containing 60% dry substances with low molecular fraction; and caffeine and theanine containing fraction, tea stems spirit extract, coller, citric acid, lemon oil, water, sodium benzoate, and carbon dioxide addition therein.
