Zusammenfassung:	There is represented a scoop comprising a case 1, and bounded with a partition 2 on the bottom the¬reof the modifier 3 chamber 4 with a cap and a drive mechanism. The cap is executed as placed on each ot¬her two plates 5 and 6 having coincident holes 7 and 8. At that, the upper plate 5 is supported on the partition, it has point 9 on whole perimeter, and by cross-shaped means 11 set on a tube 10, it is sup¬ported on scoop case. The lower plate 6 is rigid on pipe-like stem 13 set on the tube 10; and in its turn, by means of valve 16 and flexible pipe 17, it is connected to blowing gas source. Furthermore, the pipe-like stem additionally includes turning handle 18.
