The chokes 4 are allocated in the case and are reverse-advanced movable, and water sprays 5 are allocated between periphery chokes and inlet-outlet pipes in case internal cylindrical surface arched sec¬tor; furthermore, spray supplement pipe 6 is con¬nec¬ted through to end surface lower sector from outlet pipe and is located parallel to said surface. At that, case is filled with water 7 on inlet pipe level and has dirt outlet valve 8.
