Zusammenfassung:A funnel contains a conic part 1 with arc-like edges 2 on the inner surface located under an angle to the generating line and a neck 3 of the funnel, on which hermetically the cylindrical capacity 5 having an opening 4 is set, in which the float 6 is put. The float 7 is linked by a flexible element with a conic section. The lower part of the neck has a socket 8 corresponding to the shape of the float and inside the funnel, along the conical section and the neck the tube 9 for an air output is rigidly fixed.
