Zusammenfassung:A pasteurizer contains a box, which by means of the partition placed in its central part 3, is divided into upper 5 and lowers 6 sections. The upper section has a pipeline to supply cooling water with pull-on and removing gates 7 and 8, and the lower section - the pipeline for the working liquid with pull-on and removing gates 9 and 10. On the partition the heat exchange elements are rigidly fixed, which are placed in the upper and the lower sections of the box. The heat exchange elements are executed in the form of telescopic pipes 15, 16 and 17, thus the extreme pipes are connected with each other by spring 18 and their internal space is filled up with volatile working substance. The pasteurizer is in addition provided with a glass wall 11 placed under the heat exchange elements and lamps 12 of infrared radiation.
