Zusammenfassung:An apparatus contains mounted rotatably on a frame 1 by means of sleeves and support rollers 3, a drum 5, on the internal surface of which the blades 8 are fixed. The drum from one side has a dead wall 6, and from the other side - a board 7 of the round form. On the ends of the drum on the 1/5 of its length said blades are installed obliquely under an angle 25-300 in respect to the axis of rotation of the drum and the direction of rotation. The apparatus has the system of feeding hot air, which is executed in the form of the motionless punched pipe 11 installed inside of the drum connected with electric calorifer 9 and fan 10. On the motionless punched pipe the element 12 of the round form located inside of the drum is fixed.
