Essence A plant comprises joined by pipeline system extractor 1, a distillation tube 2, a condenser 3, a heater, a vacuum-pipe 6 and a tank 4 for the final product. The heater is made in the form of pump 8 of cavitation heat generator 9, which is joined to the extractor and has an electric drive 7. The cavitation heat generator comprises a body 10, which has a whirler-like accelerator of liquid movement 11 and a brake device for liquid 14 mounted on the central bushing 12 and made in the form of ribs 13. The plant is provided with control block 17 and temperature sensor 18. 3. Field of Application Distillation plants.
