Essence A method provides for mixing of caramel and light malt with water, thermal treatment of the mass, repeated thermal treatment, whereas firstly the part of caramel and light malt is mixed in ratio 1:2 with water, and after boiling in malt first is added a cold water and then the remaining part of caramel and light malt mixture part, whereas the whole process takes place in one vessel. 3.
