Essence A device comprises a supplying conveyor 1 with a loading hopper 2 and a layer leveler 3, a loading hatch 4, a metal chamber 5, horizontal screen conveyors 6-8 disposed above one another, a screw 9 for leveling of tea layer disposed above a loading portion of an upper conveyor 6. The screw has blades 10 with winding direction opposite to its center. From both sides of the screw on a shaft disks 11 are placed rigidly, on which semiwindings of blades 12 are fixed rigidly, the direction of which is backward to the direction of adjacent screw. The screw is mounted on conveyor boards 13 capable of moving in a vertical plane by means of a mechanism 14 comprising an eccentric member 15, sledges 16 and guides 17. In the discharging portion of the first upper horizontal conveyor a portioning drum 20 with radial blades 21 capable of rotation in the direction of conveyor movement, as well as of moving in sledges 22 in the horizontal plane. Above the conveyors are mounted the fixtures 23 for mellowing the tea layer, which are provided with mechanisms for regulation of conveyor distance by height. 3.
