Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to electric separation of tea at its clearing of impurity and the classifying. Technical result of the invention is raise of efficiency of process of separation. In an electric separator, under the loading hopper 1 two units of separation from the flat earthed feeding trays 3 with a working surface from dielectric material and the twirl of a cylindrical electrode installed with an opportunity of rotation of cylindrical electrode 4 with the clearing adaptation 5 are disposed in cascade to each other at least, between units of separation dividing planes 6 and 7 are installed under an angle to each other. With an angular point directed upwards. Thus the dividing plane 6 is installed under feeding tray 3, and a dividing plane 7 - under an electrode 4 connected to one pole of a source of a high potential which second pole is earthed. Selection of the divided fractions provide stopping mechanisms 8 and 9 and receivers 10-13 of products of separation. The dipole 14 informs oscillations to a feeding tray 3 and a dividing plane 6. At end faces of a feeding tray 3 are installed hingedly additional earthed electrodes 15 in the form of exhaust aside a feeding tray of 4 strips. Adaptations 5 together with stopping mechanisms 16 and an electrode 4 and with the dividing planes had under them 7 are installed with electric insulation in respect to the land. The divided material from a feeder moves on feeding tray 3 and having charged on it, to an electric field between an electrode 15 and 4. Fine hairs and a dust are cleaned off from an electrode by 4 adaptation 5 and are carried away in aspiration system. Corpuscles of tea are attracted to an electrode 15 and from it under act of vibration are dumped on stopping mechanism 18 in the receiver 10. A part of not charged and not deviated corpuscles are dumped on a dividing plane 5 on a underlaying feeding tray 3 for the subsequent separation. 1 figs. |
