APPLIANCE FOR ATTACHMENT OF SUTURE THREADS

The invention concerns to medicine, namely to a plasty of the target affected eyelid at burns. Technical result of the invention is decrease of traumatism operations at plasty of the target affected eyelids. The device contains the concave plate 1 with through dredging 2, fixatives 3 and guides of a suture material, and the plate 1 is executed a kind of a mask with dredging 2 in the form of two oval apertures for an eye and with fixatives 3 of the suture materials in the form of the hooks focused by convex parts to one point, and the guiding prominences located at edges of oval apertures at a distance, smaller, than hooks. Thus the mask contains fixatives for fastening to a surface of a head. As a variant the guiding of the suture material are executed in the form of a cylindrical prominence with a crossbeam focused to a surface of a mask. On the face a mask is imposed and fixes it with fixatives 5. After carrying out of П-shaped seams-holders 6 on the eyelid, one end of it is spent under a prominence 4 and clasps one of hooks. The same is made with other end of seam-holders 6. Further both of the end are connected. The mask has apertures. 6 figs.
