METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF BLACK TEA

The invention concerns to tea processing industry and can be used for manufacture of black tea and operational development of concentrates of tea up to top grades. Technical result of the invention is reduction of losses due to increase of efficiency of clearing and increase of a rating of tea. The method provides drying a semiproduct of tea up to humidity of 6-10 %, dry sorting on 3-4 fractions, thermal treatment up to humidity of 2-4 %, cooling up to an ambient temperature and electro-separation in a field of high voltage. The offered method allows to raise the contents of tea in the end product, to reduce a yield of dust fractions and to raise a rating of tea. 3 tab.
