APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUS PORTIONAL METERING OF TEA LEAVES

The invention refers to the tea industry and is intended for application at plants of primary processing of tea at continuous portion metering-in of the green withered and twisted tea leaf. Technical result of the invention is raise of accuracy of a metering-in and raise of reliability of work of the arrangement. The arrangement contains a feeder 1, with the drive, weight measuring device 2 with the drive including belt conveyor 3 mounted on the lever weighing adaptation 4, the adder 5, the block of comparison 6 which one entry is jointed to the program block 7, another - with the adder 5, in an output through the block 8 of control the converter 9 "a code cyclic - a code binary", jointed with the binary counter 10, the additional adder 11 which entries are switched up to the converter 9 " a code cyclic - a code binary" and to the binary counter 10, and an output - to the block of control 8 which outputs are joined to inputs of the binary counter 10, the adder 5 is connected with drives of a feeder 1 and weight measuring device 2, 11 and the program block 7, and the binary counter 10 is joined to the adder 5, the converter 9 " a code cyclic - a code binary " - with weight measuring device 2. 1 figs.
