Zusammenfassung: | 981,104. Photo-electric logic circuits. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES Ltd. Jan. 10, 1963, No. 1217/63. Heading G1A. [Also in Divisions G2, G3 and H1] In a photo-electric logic circuits, support member carries two sets of conductors, the sets being at an angle to one another, and selected conductors of both sets being interconnected. In Fig. 12, rectangular channels are machined in opposite faces of a solid block, the two sets of channels being mutually at right angles, and the channels are closed to form tunnels by two flat sheets. In Fig. 13, a corrugated sheet 3 is sandwiched between top and bottom sheets 1, 2; a second corrugated sheet (not shown) is placed on sheet 1 with its corrugations perpendicular to those of sheet 3, and a further flat sheet is placed on top. Coupling between tunnels, which have highly reflective internal surfaces, is effected by means of holes at cross-points. Alternatively a matrix of transparent plastic rods may be used. |
