Zusammenfassung: | 918,487. Photocopying apparatus. MITA, S. Aug. 4, 1960, No. 27018/60. Class 98 (2). A photocopying apparatus comprises a rotatable glass cylinder 1 within which is mounted a high-pressure mercury vapour lamp 2 with a reflector 3, and behind the reflector a further lamp 4 suitable for reflex copying. Lamp 4 is mounted close to the glass wall of the cylinder, and has its own U-shaped reflector 5. The original and copy sheets are fed on an endless belt 10 which carries them round in contact with cylinder 1. If the sensitive copy sheet is to be printed through the original, then lamp 2 is used. If reflex printing is required, lamp 4 is used. Thus the one apparatus may be used for either kind of photocopying, the lamps 2 and 4 being energized independently as required. |
